Cancellation Policy
Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to reserve your getaway dates. Cancellations 30+ days before arrival: Any amount paid (minus the deposit) will be refunded in full. Cancellations 14–29 days before arrival: 50% of the package fee will be refunded (minus the deposit). Cancellations less than 14 days before arrival: No refunds can be given, but we are happy to reschedule your stay within 6 months based on availability. Emergencies: We understand life happens. Please reach out if an emergency arises, and we’ll do our best to work with you.
